He specialises in the identification and delivery of real benefits and savings. The vision in creating Promote was to build a company with real client-side delivery values.

Rory has delivered procurement transformation programmes for many leading global brands and in the public sector. He has lead transformation initiatives for clients including Barclays, John Lewis Partnership, Serco and BP in the private sector. Within the Public Sector he has worked with the Crown Commercial Service and many Local Authorities.
Chris is a lead procurement business transformation consultant with thirteen years of experience working across the private and public sectors in organisations ranging in size and complexity from multinational listed companies to SMEs. His expertise lies primarily within technology-led procurement and finance transformation including target operating model and process design and implementation alongside significant benefits identification and change management experience.
Chris specialises in the identification and release of benefits through implementing and embedding leading practice. Chris joined Promote from PwC. His Private Sector experience includes work at Standard Chartered Bank, Primark, Carillion, Mace, John Lewis, Clydesdale Bank and Hilton Worldwide amongst others. In the Public Sector his work has included the Cabinet Office, Home Office and multiple local authorities.

Jeff is a member of the Promote Advisor Board and is also the CEO of Anchorstone Consulting, a company that advises organizations on enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategies, cloud-based HR products and transformation solutions.
Jeff spent two decades at Barclays as Chief Human Resource Officer – Infrastructure, Head of Compensation and COO for HR and all Corporate Services. As Managing Director for the bank, he balanced the highly pressured environment of constantly changing business patterns alongside running stable day to day global operations. He led numerous firm-wide programmes and restructures as well as ERP strategy and implementation.
Earlier in his career, Jeff served as a senior partner at Panache Global in Wall Street where he consulted at a variety of global multinational organizations: Citibank, Shearson Lehman Brothers, E.F Hutton, American Institute of CPA’s, AT&T, Yasuda Bank & Trust and Barclays.
Howard has over 25 years senior executive level procurement experience delivering many successful procurement transformation projects, both as a CPO and as a consultancy partner.
He has worked as Procurement Director at Philips, Procurement Practice Leader at KPMG, Managing Partner at 4C Associates, and as the Global CPO for the JAB Luxury Group (Jimmy Choo, Bally and Belstaff). His private sector includes Rolls Royce, BAE, Vodafone, Cisco, Sky to name but a few. His public sector experience includes: BIS, DEFRA, Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency, UK Border Agency, Identity and Passport Service, DVLA, OGC, and Manchester University.
Howard holds a PhD in Strategic Procurement from the School of Management at the University of Bath
